    Hi Guys,

About to buy a Panther Black 3 dr Quatto, can't find a Lava grey one!Thumbs Down

But it needs a cambelt and waterpump replacing, any ideas on a good independent garage, Surrey way or Gloucester/Cheltenham way.

Also anything else to be aware of on this car that could cost me a second mortgage??

    Thanks for your help!

The car is a private sale, fair price as the guy realises it needs a cambelt etc

    Thanks

Panther black? Do you mean Phantom Black. Gorgeous colour, although there's a possibility I'm biased! Big Smile

Shame you're not closer to the Midlands. Stafford Audi are on ebay and do some great prices

Hiya, Not sure to be honest what the proper name is, had set my heart on a Lava one, but no joy. I see you like it lol, looks super in the golf, hope the audi looks as good, seeing it thurs.

Can you drop me a link for Stafford audi, can't find it on ebay.

Stafford Audi Ebay shop - cam belt is £275.

In all seriousness, it's a lovely colour if you're prepared to keep it clean. Here's a couple of pics of mine after a clean.

That does look good. Apols didn't realise I was chatting with you thought it was still Damian. Glad to see someone else who loves tyre black as much as me!

Haha...no worries. Yeah, the tyres just finish things off and make the wheels stand out that bit more. Doesn't look like that at the moment sadly.
