Manufactured from T6 aluminum cast and machined to perfection, this manifold has proven gains of 12-20+ horsepower increase with 14-22 ft.lbs of torque! Pipe intake system is manufactured from 3” mandrel bent stainless steel with all brackets TIG welded securely in place. The complete unit is wrapped in heat resistant ceramic coating that offers both great looks and function. The MAF Sensor connection is layered bright red silicone hose. We only use genuine K&N air filters as there proven performance greatly outweighs any competition.

This is a complete fresh air intake system; no other parts are needed for installation.

ABD Racing is proud to have been the first to introduce a genuine bolt on performance part for the Golf / Jetta & Beetle 1.8T.Our Big Bore turbo intake tube increases the diameter to a great 57mm!Made from billet aluminum, this part looks as great as it performs.Expect noticeable gains above 3,000 rpm with hp rating increased to 8 hp (ratings from a k-04 equipped vehicle).Bolts on in 30 minutes, this is the best bang for the buck in 1.8T performance.
