They are stunning, aren't they. Drivers seem to constantly ring round with the LED fogs on as well... makes me weak at the knees!

    More here....

Just started noticing a black S5 most mornings (depending where im working)

funny because i see an A5 usually at the same time - gives me time to compare the two!!

anyone know the price of the S5?

This is my friends A5 3.0TDI Quattro,  It has most of the option boxes ticked (including the funny lights and Bang and Olufsen radio) and came close to S5 list price.

He's got a Golf MKIV PD150 as his daily driver though and has only put a few miles on this so far.

It is pretty quick though, and the torque is amazing.

At nights, you can really tell when you got an audi behind/chasing you, just which one is apparent after a short moment, lol

The v8 would be an expensive pet to always feed! The new s4 is out next year and it has a 3.0 v6, 2 turbos, 325bhp. Sweeeeeeeeeeet

Do you really like it? Is it is it wicked?

The new S4 is a 3.0 V6 supercharged matey (sorry to correct ya Sad) There are a few mixed reports of what the RS5 will have engine wise. From what i remember Car magazing (i think!) had a write up about it against the new M3 but it was all a hoax IIRC. They said it was a turbo's 4.2V8 i think. If it is then that will be ace Smile

The S5 is a stunning car, we did an exhaust on one a bit ago and it sounded the nuts! Even the 3.0TDI with an exhaust sounds amazing! Has a really nice 6 cylinder petrol sound with one! If i had the money i'd have an S5 any day of the week!

Yeah they're coming down in price now. If you think, new S3 with a good spec 28k or 1 1/2 year old S5 for 30k, i know which one i'd get!
